Exercise Regime

Ladies and Gentlemen,

If you want to stay healthy and have 45 minutes 3 days a week to spare, why not try the Luxy morning exercise regime.

To stay in shape and Keep Fit!

Stay healthy!

Lets go with the exercises:

For a start:

1) 25 x wide push ups

2) 25 x sit ups

3) 30 x 4 counts jumping jacks

4) 10 x diamond push ups

5) 30 x squats

6) 25 x wide dips

7) 30 x 5 counts heel raises

8) 25 x close dips

9) 25 x hamstring swings both legs

10) 25 counts dumb bell per arm

11) 25 x butt crunches

12) 25 x hamstring stretchs

13) 50 x forearm squeezes


Finish off with a cool down.

And a Hot shower!

And remember to do your stretching exercises! You don't want aching muscles, do you?
